Sucker Punch is an upcoming fantasy drama movie written and directed by Zack Snyder (who once brought us 300). The film is described as Alice in Wonderland with machine guns. The cast includes EmilyBrowning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Carla Gugino, Jon Hamm, Oscar Isaac, and Scott Glenn. The movie will be released on March 25, 2011 (in IMAX and conventional theaters).

Plot:"Set in the 1950s, the story follows Babydoll (Emily Browning) who is confined to a mental institution by her stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man."
From what I heard the film will blend action, rich visuals and scantily clad babes: definitely sounds like a movie with Zack Snyder's signature! Sign me up forthe movie Sucker Punch!
